Studio Admin
As an Admin at M — N Associates, you will play a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring that daily operations, shared resources, and working environments are organized, efficient, and supportive of creative work. You will work closely with internal teams and leadership to maintain a well-functioning studio that enables focus, collaboration, and productivity.
Your responsibilities include:
— Overseeing studio operations to ensure shared spaces such as work areas, meeting rooms, pantries, storage, and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
— Coordinating with building management, cleaning, and maintenance partners by gathering information, tracking requests, and following up on ongoing processes.
— Managing office supplies, shared equipment, and studio assets to ensure everything is available, functional, and properly cared for.
— Organizing storage systems and labeling to improve accessibility and encourage responsible shared usage.
— Monitoring inventory levels and proactively recommending replenishment when needed.
— Handling deliveries, shipping, and incoming/outgoing items with accuracy and care.
— Preparing meeting rooms and providing logistical support for internal and client meetings.
— Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks that support smooth studio operations.
— Supporting onboarding by introducing new team members to studio guidelines, shared-space practices, and workflows.
— Assisting teammates when needed and working closely with the CEO to foster a friendly, respectful, and collaborative studio environment.
You are highly organized, dependable, and take pride in creating well-structured environments where people can do their best work. You are proactive by nature — someone who notices details, anticipates needs, and takes initiative rather than waiting for direction. You enjoy supporting others and contributing to a positive, respectful workplace culture.
We believe you will be a great fit for M — N Associates if you are:
— Detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over your work
— Personable, polite, and comfortable communicating across teams and roles
— Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
— Naturally supportive and attentive to the needs of both people and shared spaces
— Experienced in office administration, studio operations, or a similar support role (a plus)
— Comfortable using basic office tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and AI-assisted tools
You enjoy being the backbone of a creative studio — ensuring everything runs smoothly, quietly, and thoughtfully so teams can focus on what they do best.
